Rural Outreach for Veterans Enrichment and Resources (ROVER)

Are you a veteran in a rural part of Nevada? Are you curious what benefits and/or services you may be eligible but don’t know where to start, or can’t make it into a major metropolitan area? The Nevada Department of Veterans Services will come to you!

NDVS prides itself on providing VA certified Veterans Service Officers to assist veterans to file claims for compensation or pension to the Department of Veterans Affairs, but many people live in rural Nevada and cannot make it to one of our offices. NDVS veteran service officers, through our Rural Outreach for Veterans Enrichment and Resources Program, go to several rural areas all across Nevada every month to assist these veterans obtain the benefits and/or services they are entitled to.

If you are already aware of our ROVER Program, we have made some recent changes, and encourage you to take a look.

For more information, or to see what areas NDVS visits each month, visit: http://veterans.nv.gov/benefits-and-services/rural-outreach-for-veterans-enrichment-and-resources-rover-program/
